CHALLENGE: Tipton was challenged by a key hospital client to help ease the news of shift changes that would impact employee compensation.

SOLUTION: In an effort to reduce HR inquiries, Tipton conducted on-site interviews with key stakeholders and developed a highly effective communications plan to share the news and eliminate angst on behalf of hospital staff.

INTEGRATED COMMUNICATIONS PLAN

ANNOUNCING CORPORATE ALLIANCE

CHALLENGE: Create integrated internal and external communications for a tradeshow overseas, as well as a strategy to announce the alliance at The Paris Air Show.

THE CATCH: Materials needed to be created, printed and shipped abroad in one week.

SOLUTION: Tipton’s team took quick action and designed the strategic packet, created the internal campaign for electronic message boards and intranet, found an overseas vendor, and coordinated production and delivery. Carpenter and Tipton teams successfully executed a flawless campaign with all pieces falling seamlessly into place.

SAINT FRANCIS HEALTHCARE TRAUMA DESIGNATION

CHALLENGE: Saint Francis Healthcare, turned to the Tipton team to create a marketing and public relations plan for their Level 3 trauma designation.

SOLUTION: The agency created an integrated marketing and public relations campaign to get the word out about this designation, creating promotional billboards, professional videos, press releases and highly targeted social media campaigns. Tipton also offered event support and press management, as well as organizing an education series with Saint Francis’ Trauma Director in the local community.

CHALLENGE: Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia was undertaking an organization-wide technology update. CHOP asked Tipton to help manage communications of the change management project.
