Project Scope:

To introduce a new volunteer reward program, Tipton Communications
was asked to develop a complete internal branding campaign,
including development of a program name, logo, brochures, executive
messaging, communications plans and more.
Results:
The program was recently
introduced and results will be measured during the upcoming

Project Scope:
Developed the internal communications plan for the $35 billion
acquisition of MBNA Corporation by Bank of America.
Results:
Helped establish a positive or
neutral attitude toward change while keeping MBNA people fully
informed throughout the merger process. Effectively transitioned
to Bank of America communications strategies and facilitated
cultural changes.

Client: Rohm and Haas Electronic
Materials
Project Scope:
Tipton Communications was called in to help Rohm and Haas
communicate with the more than 500 employees at its Newark,
Delaware, facility. A print strategy was developed to meet the
diverse needs of the employee base, most of whom had no access to
e-mail or other electronic media.
Results: Employees now clamor
to be included in the newsletter, which served as a primary
communications tool during recent business and management
changes.

Project Scope:
To reinforce the strength of Bank of America's credit card
operations and create employee advocates, Tipton Communications
developed an employee communications campaign using online contests, manager talking points
and senior management messaging to reinforce campaign messages.
Results: Employees visited
campaign information more than 100,000 times during the
eight-week campaign leading to greater awareness and achieving
campaign goals as measured by follow-up surveys.

Project Scope:

company's employee communications materials to better meet the needs
of the company's diverse employee base.
Results: Employees and
managers continue to shower the company's communications team
with complements about the newsletters, which are well read and
serve as a primary communications tool for Conectiv.

service, Tipton Communications developed an award-winning, global
communications campaign. Employees who demonstrated
customer-friendly behavior were recognized and rewarded and contests
were held in offices around the world to raise awareness.
Results: Nearly every one of
the company's 35,000 employees worldwide was touched by the
campaign, which dramatically refocused the company's efforts.
